Hi,

Was wondering whether we could introduce the feature to create multiple simple mappings on the same page instead of having to save each mapping separately? Especially when they are simple text fields.

I had a similar idea to this as well a while ago and this resulted into Feeds Quick Mapping, a module with which you can add and edit mappings by typing the sources and target machine names comma-separated in one textarea. It doesn't have a great UX, but for more advanced users of Feeds it could save some time. I was thinking of adding autocomplete to it later.

Thats wonderful and hope this becomes a proper module someday. Am sure there will be lot who will benefit from it. Not too much of a php person myself, but maybe I can spend the time to learn now to make the UI a little more helpful. Will certainly message you if i do proceed further with this!
