It seems he lacks some ad formats, some of which are no longer valid (eg with 728x15 size available in 4 or 5 links while Google does not refer to these format options).

Indeed, some extremely new formats are missing.

The 4 or 5 links were formats available previously, which are not relevant for managed ads.

For managed ads, only the declared size is important, as the content of the ad is totally managed inside the Google AdSense interface.The way Google is heading it might be a good idea to leave these formats for the 'old' code ads only, and stop their use for managed ads. Now with custom sizes, it makes no sense to have a dropdown of fixed ad sizes.

I've now added some preliminary support for custom sizes, while leaving the existing 'fixed' sizes in place.

BTW, I do see the 728x15 for link ads in the Adsense website, even though Google indeed doesn't provide the +1 link option anymore.
