when surfing to the different pages via the top menu, after the third or fourth page I get the following error at the top:

Notice: Undefined index: #region in om_region_wrapper() (line 24 of ...deprecated.inc).

Actually I discovered that error was because I disabled too many modules and when I noticed that some of the rules were disabled due to missing components from a module, I enabled the module and all works fine and no more errors.
this issue can be closed.
