The System Connect call can get a bit expensive on sites with many content types. Since each content type may not be used in the app, let's make some settings to allow the Site Builder to choose which content types will be exposed to the app.

tyler.frankenstein CreditAttribution: tyler.frankenstein commentedGood point, they should probably exist on the content type. Then on the admin/config/services/drupalgap page, it should have an overview and quick links for each content type.
I'm thinking that for any modules that get updated, we'll enable this by default for each content type. But for future installs, no content types will be enabled by default.
