Idea App

I installed Ideation app on my web site. I went on my web site and to see if it shows up on gray menu bar where it says Media center blogs etc. there is no idea link where public can click on and add a idea. I went ahead clear cache and still its not showing up on my site gray menu bar. When i go to content=add Content Create idea feature there.

My Question is how can i add ideation page that shows Have Idea? We want to hear it to my gray menu bar on my page?
