After editing the project page, the "Project Information" is showing at the top instead of at the bottom.

The Features export for #2267789: Add a reference to supporting organizations on projects bumped the body field display weight from 0 to 1, the same weight as the project metadata. So, sorting becomes non-deterministic.

Really this should be changing the project information into something that can be edited in the admin field UI, and exported. But, we can't risk a field cache clear without a great reason, and that can be done with future project page redesigns.
