It doesn't work, or at least I can't find out how it would work....
May be it doesn't work because it's installed on WAMP ?
1. installed "Noindex External Links" module.
2. In configuration checked "Nofollow"
Result : it doesn't work. (WAMP)
I have several test external links to Drupal , 1 in Menu, 1 in footer, 1 in Article as a field entry.

VM CreditAttribution: VM commentedHow are you determining that the module doesn't work? Have you viewed the rendered HTML to look for the rel="nofollow" attribute on the external link?
if the rel="no follow" isn't being printed in your HTML, have you inspected your filters?

Have you checked the filter on the text format in use as asked in previous comment?
