My site using Commerce Recurring recently eclipsed 1000 recurring entities. Shortly after that happened, I noticed that for recurring entities with ID >= 1000, the 'Edit' links on the Recurring Entities admin view were broken.
When clicking the 'Edit' link for recurring entity #1234 for example, the link points to http://myhost/admin/commerce/recurring-entities/1,234/edit. This loads the edit form for entity id 1 - not 1234. Modifying the view to use 'None' for the thousands marker fixes the issue.
The attached patch also changes the thousands marker to 'None' for commerce recurring ID in the 'User recurring entities' view. I can't think of a good reason to keep a comma in there given that the ID can be used for contextual filters, etc.
This is similar to #2164685 which fixed a similar issue when linking to orders with ID >=1000 from the 'User recurring entities' view.
