The installation is completed but with this error message of "Array to string conversion in _menu_router_build() (line 3631 of /home/dmawebmaster/public_html/includes/menu.inc)" continuing pop up on my browser.
Did anyone know the fix or is this version of installation even working?

I've been reinstalling openpublic several times a day and haven't seen this error yet. What apps did you enable? Did it look like it installed correctly outside of the warning?

During installation, there is a step to install apps -- did you? When does this error appear? Does it happen after installation (e.g. every page load? after cache clear?)
