Create contact page with a webform

Not sure about this - posting direct contact information (facebook, twitter, email address, etc) seems more effective - and contact forms tend to attract tons of spam anyway, which is a headache to deal with. I suppose we could provide the default drupal contact form + a captcha or mollom module, but even that's not 100% effective against spam.
