Added a new textarea "Add new Omega Color " to add colors in "Semantic UI color" select box dynamically with all the needed validations. User should add color using "key | colorname" format(eg:- red | Red) in "Add new Omega Color " textarea which will add this color to "Semantic UI color" select box.

Hi @vipul.patil7888,
The patch in #6 needs some small modification like using t() in '#title' => 'Add a new Omega Color', remove unwanted spaces and lines.
