This project seems to be a port of the Wordpress plugin Sharebar, and the images, Javascript and css bundled with the project seems to be third party contend copied directly from the WordPress plugin.

The WordPress Plugin is:

Copyright 2010 Monjurul Dolon, http://mdolon.com/
Released under the MIT, BSD, and GPL Licenses.

This license may be compatible with GPL V2+, but all third party content must be relicensed under GPLV2+ and explicitly approved by Drupal.org webmasters to be hosted on Drupal.org. This appear to have not been done in this case.

This policy is described in the 3rd party libraries and content on Drupal.org. It also appears in the Drupal Git Repository Usage policy.

The Libraries API module is a recommended method for adding 3rd party code without directly including the code on Drupal.org.

When using third party material, the Berne Convention Article 6bis requires moral rights in of the form attribition to be observed. To repair this, please add the required attribution to the project page and the project's README.txt file.

Yup, you're right. Thanks. Have removed 3rd party files of colorpicker and added dependency on libraries module due to which user will have to get files from the respective site. Committed to 7.x-2.x for now.
