A) I don't know whether it is "safe" to upgrade the community site to 7.x-2.0-beta2 | 2014-07-08

B) I don't know whether 7.x-2.0-beta2 | 2014-07-08 can be added to the DSK

I've added default Feature exports of importers for Cloudcast, YouTube, Vimeo, Archive.org, and Solidtango based on the settings and mappings organizations already using these have configured.

Still working on #2381929: Update cm_vod_without_matching_show to link to VOD providers based on mimetype
