The Views UI contains overlapping content when viewed on a mobile device.

Steps on an iPhone iOS 7.1 using Mobile Safari 7:

1. Go to /admin/structure/views
2. On the row for the Content view, choose edit
3. Look at the top of the displays section

Actual result: In the first menu, only the first item, Edit/View Name/Description is visible.
Expected result: All menu items are visible, or the menu is presented as a drop-down.

4. Look at the area at and below the Display name.

Actual result: Text in the View Page drop-down overprints other text. "Disable Page" item is partially cut off.
Expected result: Text is arranged readably, with no overlap, or, the menu is presented as a drop-down.

This looks like the no-js version of the page. Can you confirm is JS is enabled or not? if it is then something is crashing somewhere.

Confirmed that JavaScript is enabled, both from checking the phone settings for Safari and using JavaScript on an icon on an embedded Google map on our website to pop up information about a location.
