Google Layers not loading properly

HI ,
I am facing issue with open layer module. I am using openlayer with IP_geoloc module and creating a view page for the purpose of showing custom marker icons.
If I use google layer in opnelayer module, then marker icons and map behave diffrentrely on map view page. On Zoom In and Zoom Out, marker icons move first then map move. Although map and icons should Zoom-out/Zoom-in with same speed. So this is kind of performance issue. How can I resolve this? Please help me if anyone can resolve this. This is an urgent requirenment and quick answer would be appritiated.
