Hi Guys
I have an issue with a school website and do not know a simple approach that can resolve this issue.
When we installed Julio with a new hosting account we were assigned the temporary IP address to install Julio and build the new site.
It seems that Julio has used the temporary IP address in the setup and is visible when logging into the admin backend. The education department block thr use of IP addresses in URLs.
My question: is there a simple way to resolve this configuration at the backend or do we need to reinstall Julio and restore from backup?
