panopoly 7.x-1.8

This release includes an update to Drupal 7.30, which is the first successful Panopoly release to include fixes for several critical security vulnerabilities. See the full security advisory here:

Unfortunately, due to an issue with the packager on Drupal.org, we were unable to make a Panopoly 1.7 release (with Drupal 7.29):

#2304983: 'wget' used by packager has trouble downloading certain files from GitHub (like TinyMCE)
