Style are not being applied to kml layers on map

Hello,

I am getting my multiple kml layers to display on a map. However, when I apply styles to different kml layers the style do affect the layer. All of the kml layers are rendering red; utimately I want some layers to display blue and some to display green.

Any help would be appreciated.
