Drupal 8 version.

Note that this includes a very simple variant of #2179053: Fails to find the git folder because if the git root is the Drupal root, you otherwise end up with /.git which does not work, we need to make it relative to Drupal for it to work.

This version now supports core along with contrib. It will only check the first core project encountered. The for review patch excludes the whitespace changes but is still rolled against 7.x-2.x for easier review. Proof that it works for both core and contrib now:
