The function purl_language_strip is checking for old D6 language negotiation contstants which have been renamed in D7.

Unless you're using language prefixes in combination with PURL prefixes this will just give a PHP notice without breaking anything - but if you try to use both of these it won't work

Just need to change a couple of the constant names - patch coming
