Tripal Upgrade from v0.3.1b to v1.0

So I've had some trouble updating/upgrading Tripal. I know my first mistake was not disabling the Tripal modules and extensions when upgrading from v0.3.1b to v1.0. But when I followed the process from the Tripal site and upgraded the core everything seem fine. The update.php ran smooth and updated the core without any errors. After this I tried to start upgrading the other modules/extensions not included in the Tripal Module, like Tripal Analysis Interpro, for example. After running update.php I got a few errors and decided to try to revert to Triapl v0.3.1b. This didn't work and now I can't access my admin/modules page to turn off the Tripal Modules that might be causing the errors. Is there any other way to turn them off and get back to where I can access my modules page? I'm very new to all of this Tripal stuff so any help would very appreciated!
