The formatter lists at admin/content/node-type/[node-name]/display use the custom formatter's name rather than its label. The submitted patch fixes that.

The patch switches the display to use the label field rather than the name. It applies cleanly and is ready to be tested. It is git aware, so you should be able to simply git am it.
