Symphony Runtime Error

Whenver cron runs on my website, I get the following message:

Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\RuntimeException: You have requested a synthetic service ("request"). The DIC does not know how to construct this service. in service_container_prod->getRequestService() (line 3709 of /var/www/html/sites/default/files/php/service_container/service_container_prod/c34828f3a00b174a6f029b40d0c80417bb69070a0b06dee3d63a369be72293e7.php).

Is it an issue within Drupal or am I having some problem with my installation? I installed according to this Drupal 8 Installation Tutorial
