When I try to edit the layout of my Homebox page there are checkboxes for Visible, Open, Closeable, Moveable. When I uncheck these and save changes the blocks are still moveable and closeable etc. Could this be a bug or am I missing something?

in order for the settings to take effect, the user has to reset the blocks to default.
