In #828418: Drupal.attachBehaviors() used with an incorrect context? a followup commit was applied that didn't make it into 7.x-3.0-alpha7. However, that tag wasn't ever fully released. If I recall that was during the time last fall when d.o. was having issues with creating releases. So we need a new release (maybe 7.x-3.0-alpha8?) to really fix this AND make a release available to folks. When will this happen?

Thank you @stefan, I think a new release would be great, I look forward to it. The alpha6 version doesn't work for me. The dev version does.
