Can't install - Stuck at the welcome screen

Every time i try to install the idea profile i get 2 errors :

Notice: Undefined index: install_options in install_welcome_submit() (line 128 of /mnt/www/html/neod7dev/docroot/profiles/idea/idea.profile).

AND the one which block everything :

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'neod7devdb33309.cache_form' doesn't exist
