really strange login problem with Chrome for .uk domain

my site was www.abc.co.uk, but the UK Nominet launch the .uk last month. so I got my www.abc.uk as well last month. and then I move my site from www.abc.co.uk to www.abc.uk.

I have been moving my site for hundreds times before, so no problem at all for everything. but after I moved the site. I can't login anymore by using the google Chrome. there is no problem for login by using the IE, Safari, Firefox, only Chrome.

I then install the chrome on my ipad to see if its only my laptop's problem. but still the same, no problem for Safari, but no luck for Chrome again.

What I have done.
1: clear all the browser cache, cookie
2: reinstall the Chrome
3: Try Chrome on ipad
4: when moving the site, I normally don't change the url on the settings.php and keep it like"example.com" but this time, I even changed this to my new url "abc.uk" , it still the same problem.

I start to think whether there is problem between Chrome,Drupal & .UK domain name

1: When I try to login my new site in the url " www.abc.uk/user" , after I click the login button, the url showing on the address bar changed to "http://www.abc.uk/users/admin" , but there is no admin bar showing on the top, I am still logout the site. please see attached image for screen-cut

Any advise for this please ? I have no idea what to do now but waiting for your support . Thank you.
