I think there was an issue open before on this, but it never got fixed.

In the devel block the link for rebuilding the router is still mis-named "reset" - resetting menu items would mean returning system-defined menu links to their default values. The link should be be called "rebuild".

This patch is against 6.x, but should apply to HEAD too.
