Ive looking around the best of platform of Drupal and even tried to develop something to connect Drupal as CMS with CP for my cloud platform.Is this is possible or not?If is i will gather more developers to work on it.

It is not clear what you are asking, in part because it is not clear what "my cloud platform" is. Also, given your name is a hosting company, this comes across as possible spam.

Are you asking if Drupal can be used to build a control panel for a hosting company?

The answer is yes, to some degree. Oak Hosting uses Drupal for their user management, though I can't remember if their actual control panel is also on Drupal or not.
