Panels

After updating to latest dev, I cannot edit custom content panes on mini panels/pages, or add new ones using the modals.

An error occurred while attempting to process /panels/ajax/editor/edit-pane/panels_mini%3Auser_links/1: Drupal.Nodejs.socket.socket is undefined
