I have filed a bug report but I want to warn others and ask for some help.
I use the SPAM module to delete spam comments without verification.
Now the damn thing went and deleted every post on the site. I do not have a recent site backup.
Any suggestions?

Use "unpublish" -- this way you can correct mistakes (which happen for me about 5-6% of the time on my busiest site), and you will have the database to retrain the filters should you need to do a fresh install.
As for what you lost, if the posts were indeed actually deleted, not just unpublished, it does not look good. I feel for you. That must be utterly heartbreaking.
