I can turn off Logo and Site name in Global settings and it works for themes such as AT DoubleQ 7.x-3.4 and AT Memento 7.x-30 but AT Biz-3.1 Site name and logo cannot be removed. Any Ideas?

Let me clarify the issue - when you go to the theme settings for AT Biz (/admin/appearance/settings/at_biz), and uncheck the Toggle settings for Logo and Site name, they are not removed from the display?

This is not normal and either you have not set the settings for AT Biz explicitly or something is wrong, there is logic in the templates that will not allow logo or site name to print if they are unchecked in theme settings.

Can you check the settings are actually being saved (in /admin/appearance/settings/at_biz).
