The buttons are there but are greyed out.
There are three options when saving an image:
- Save portion of image displayed, save at canvas resolution
- Save portion of image displayed, save at image resolution.
- Save full image, save at image resolution
Not sure if I should provide all these options. Never-the-less, the 1st and 3rd option work fine. The center option has been problematic. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I think it's the best option and would like to keep it. Any comments?
I can't find any easy solutions for sending images to the clipboard. More study needed

Still need to work on the second option when storing files - save currently displayed portion of the image at the image resolution.
Added a popup to confirm when deleting images. https://www.drupal.org/node/2291195
Made the hover behavior to popup the large image configurable. You can turn this off now. https://www.drupal.org/node/2293941
