Unable to display chart on Views [#2283485]

Hello
I am try to display some records on chart i/e pie and Bar but unfortunately I am Unable to display chart on Views

Can some body guide me how to do this

Hi everyone,

Same here. Download and install charts module, create a new view, filled it with datas and aggregate it, select charts in the format type. But i don't have any render of this view when I hit the preview button...

I've read the Readme file and the documentation section of the module but I didnt find something relevant. Am I missing something ?

# EDIT : just find out that the preview doesn't work. Charts appear on viewing the "real" page...

@rajatparida: sorry it took so long to get back to you about this support request (but I do so now). Does this issue still exist today? If not: any idea what the clue (solution) for it was?

If it still exists, can you verify if the (newly created) Create charts using Views documentation, and especially its child page Steps to create charts using the views UI might help to find out what is causing the problem?

@inerlight: thank you for the extra EDIT-hint. It is now included within Preview the view (on the same documentation page).

PS: Expecting "Support requests" to be handled (for free ...) with priority Major seems like a contradictio-in-terminus to me. That is what "Premium support" is all about (Contact me for details ...).
