Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
1) I don't think I missed a step in the Step-by-Step guide but I'm missing the "Month/Week/Day/Year" links above the Top pager (or on the left-side). All the video tutorials posted within the last year also show these links out of the box.
2) The Calendar Title in Month View is showing as "Sunday, June 1, 2014" instead of "June 2014". How do I fix this?
Version: Calendar 7.x-3.4+5-dev
Thanks for the help.

kpojeta CreditAttribution: kpojeta commentedI switched this to Bug report b/c this also happens when upgrading from Drupal 6 to newest dev version of 7, or from earlier versions of 7 to newest dev. I have now had this on 2 installations when upgrading to dev. Not sure how to resolve it yet either.
Following.

kpojeta CreditAttribution: kpojeta commented@E Johnson: have you tried this fix for your #1? https://www.drupal.org/node/1265590#comment-4995586 (rescanning template file from within Views)
If that doesn't work, your issue #1 may be a duplicate of this anyhow.... https://www.drupal.org/node/1265590 (and if you review the other issues in queue you'll see that others have re-posted this same error, so instead of duplicating the queue, see if you can locate an answer there, then close this ticket.
I'm going to pull your #2 into a separate issue with some more details and hopefully we can both get it resolved. I now have 3 updated sites that are experiencing this "month showing the 1st" issue.

E Johnson CreditAttribution: E Johnson commentedDue to time constraints on my project and not getting any support from maintainers in here, I decided to cut my lost and go with the Fullcalendar module. Still had hurdles to jump through but got it implemented. Reading about a full on rewrite of the Calendar module halfway into D7 and a reduction in size to less than half swayed me from this module.
I never really experienced this problem with D6 modules when I used Drupal a couple years ago but "Recommended releases" usually meant that the release was stable and you didn't have to apply half a dozen patches out of the box. Why does it take a year for patches to make it to a "Recommended release"? Experiencing the same issues with Webforms module which I thought was practically core back in the day but is buggy as hell in D7 with no support to support requests.
Sorry, that I couldn't give you better news.

skaduHey All,
The issue here has nothing to do with the Calendar module and everything to do with the way Views tabs are structured/created.
If you change the paths for your various displays (Month/Week/Day/Year) you need to be sure the parent path is all the same as discussed here:
http://www.success.grownupgeek.com/index.php/2010/07/25/how-add-tab-views/
and here
https://www.drupal.org/node/1265590
If you change your paths and do not keep a consistent pattern, the tabs will no longer show up.
