Entity reference does not match views and field select results while aggregating

Hello,
I am making "user account order" content type with autocompletes from user fields.
Company, Sector, Unit...
Using aggregated entity reference in user bundle grouped by custom user_field_xxx does not match in content type form:

Is it a bug?
Views export attached.

Other solution did not work too:
Standard autocomplete for current used data when field_xxx is the same in user and node bundle, does not work. It takes from same bundle only user autocompletes from user bundle data, node from node bundle.
So does not see node bundle user bundle data :( Or I am wrong in settings...
