Scrolling not showing

I have an issue with firefox (V 29.0.1) where the autoscroll (or any other playlist scroll settings) is not working on the side playlist.
The scrolling is normal in Chrome or Internet explorer browser (see screen capture attached).
I can't figure out what would be the issue.
