Back to Top [#2276771]

Hi,

Is it possible to add Back to Top link on drupal.org. Sometimes reading the issue comments, threaded content or something like that, we need to scroll back to the top and is quite not good to scroll up the long page. So I request to add Back to Top link.

I agree. Especially when visiting the site on a tablet or mobile those long comment threads a pain.

Possible solution https://www.drupal.org/project/back_to_top, although I'm not sure an entire module is necessary. In retrospect, we should probably just add this functionality to the theme itself since it's front-end related (which would also permeate through all the sub-sites).

+1 for theme. We just add an anchor tag to the page top and create a link at the page bottom. Then with JS we can have it fade in/out on scroll or even be fixed on scroll.
