Their appears to me an issue between Adaptive Theme and ol locator (as reported here https://drupal.org/node/2273217#comment-8810265) To establish what the issue was I reverted back to the standard view and the issue still existed. I then changed to Bartik theme and the issue went away. To ensure it was nothing I had done to the theme I uninstalled it and reinstalled a vanilla version of the latest dev of adaptive theme. The issue can be seen via ie9 at http://www.druhosting.com/~alanon/locator

I have tracked this down to some sort of incomoatibiltt with extensions > Mobile Menu Toggle. If I turn this off the issue goes away. But I have left it on in case you wish to see the issue - thanks

I'll postpone this issue until I've had a chance to debug and test a fix for #2191067: matchMedia.addListener.js window.matchMedia fails in IE which is probably the actual issue.

Not sure if this is still an issue, closing as outdated, no other reports so I'm not really sure how to proceed (and IE9 is kinda dead).
