I've actually have had several situations now where I can't get to the submit button on the module page without a hack. I had to position my monitors one over the other so I could stretch the screen long enough to get to the button. This has happened several times now but not frequently. I'm turning it off until it's fixed. I had to laugh though- I couldn't turn it off without a hack. That's a good one.

I can confirm that this is still happening for me as well, across multiple browsers, admin themes, and sites. Sometimes it's just cut off, and sometimes it's below the browser entirely.

I have been able to replicate your issue. Some options until this can get fixed: enable the "Dynamically position Save button" option on Module Filter's configuration page which will keep the save button more accessible; install and enable Page Actions (https://www.drupal.org/project/page_actions).

Closing as outdated after 7 years as we transition to Drupal 10.

I'm keeping an eye on the 7.x branch of this module, reviews and majors, but active work is going toward 4.x (supporting D10)
