Ajax 500 (Internal Server Error) After Upgrading to Drupal 7.28

Hello,

I have successfully upgrading Drupal to the latest version Drupal 7.28

I am using Drupal 7.28 with Profile2 and Field Collection. I have 3 Field Collection inside Profile and for each of it has an unlimited value.

Whenever I want to add another value of Field Collection, I have an ajax error.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) (domain.com/system/ajax)

Is there any conflict between this Profile2 and/or Field Collection with the latest Drupal 7.28?
