Among others, the "copyright" tag is not valid anymore with HTML5.

Since I needed to issue some legal statements in my pages, I have designed a patch to implement Dublin Core dcterms.dateCopyrighted, dcterms.rights and dcterms.rightsHolder. Please find it in attachment.

This was fixed in #2307483: Rename "copyright" meta tag to "rights", but I appreciate you taking the time to build a patch.
