Adaptive Theme + Delta does not work

When I build a Delta instance of the Adaptive Theme 3.2 (here AT subtheme) it will be applied to the theme without any context. The only way to change this back is to save the normal theme settings again.

The context itself has no effect. Only the none Adaptive Theme settings seem to apply to Delta context.
