Undefined answer feedback when saving short answer's score

In short_answer_score_an_answer() function it is assumed that answer feedback values are always exist, but actually there can be situations when they are not. For example, when saving truefalse or multichoice type scoring form value's, the textareas for answer feedbacks are not exist, neither their values.
