AT Core includes a feature that allows you to generate a sub theme or replicate an existing theme - this is partially baked into AT Core, however it should ideally be abstracted into it's own discrete theme and AT Core set to hidden by default.

Marking as fixed for now, however it's likely more abstraction will take place since some of Classes are still in AT Core and can be abstracted also. We should fully abstract as much as possible with a view to being able to spin the whole thing off as a module should that be a better choice later on (its a bit weird as a theme right now because we have no control over the links that appear on the Appearance list page).
