- at least partial fix to editing a reservation in a series and having it delete all the items in the series (items were conflicting with themselves): i think they may issues with edge cases for managing series reservations; but haven't found them yet.

- changed some code in rr.inc in _room_reservations_user_reservations() that must have been incorrect; but not sure where it would have been causing issues. (only real functional change in this commit)

issues: i see an issue with editing a series where some/all reservations are deleted when they shouldn't be. investigating

css fix for popup calendar overlap

- major fixes, changes to permissions with addition of a couple new perms
- provide setting to flip the orientation of the calendar

increase max booking length to 10 hrs
increase max std in advance to 90 days

- NOTE: no update function to add new Display Order fields; you must disable, UNINSTALL, enable the module to get the new fields added in (for existing installs) - this will not delete existing data.

fix other fields not installing correctly after an uninstall
