When the Node Terms panel pane is added to a panelized node, if the pane configuration for Text formatting is set to Inline, delimited, the pane does not render. This appears to be an issue with an improperly named variable in the node_terms.inc content_type plugin.

The 5 year old patch to node_terms.inc applied cleanly to the latest ctools 7.x-1.x-dev, but still needs to be officially reviewed and tested by the community.

Hunk #1 succeeded at 99 (offset 2 lines).
Applied patch plugins/content_types/node_context/node_terms.inc cleanly.
