Upgrade routine creates wrong no of Feed Handlers.

We have what I consider a fairly standard setup - we have 34 Forums, each of which has an associated Mailhandler email address. We also have one more address, routed to Mailcomment to handle replies. This all works seamlessly under v6.1

The upgrade routine for v6.2 creates a Feed Importer for each one of these mailboxes. This is illegal as Feeds has an internal limitation that only one Feed Importer can be attached to each Content Type. The default setup installed by Mailhandler gets Feeds hopelessly confused and nothing works.

The correct situation is to have two 'Mailhandler' Content Types, each of which has a single Feeds Importer - one for new topics, and one for replies. Then create a new Importer node attached to the first Content Type for each of the Forums.
