to the location entity before the mapping can be finialised.

Working:
  Basic Activity import,
  Field collection import - example 'other organisation',
  Organisation import from organisations listed in Activity,
  Relation for participating organisation from activity.

Requries: https://www.drupal.org/node/1127696 to allow all the importers
to be attached to one 'Activity importer' content type.

Will require: A patch to Feeds to make GUID unique over all importers.
When an organisation file is imported it will then lookup the exisiting
organisations created by the activity import and update their nodes
rather than creating new ones (it's a one line, delete 10 characters patch).

To do: Rest of fields; example of a field collection on a field collection
(I'm sure there will be some), and a complex entity reference example
(location).

Removed check on *all* nodes having a title with minimum length of 50 characters. Totally not applicable

reactivated Contact, recepient country, recepient region, related activity, legacy data and policy marker tests in the SaveActivityIdealValues test
