I want to notify an administrator by email when other users change their information (name, phone, etc). I want to include in the email the unchanged information and the updated information. To do this i use replacement patterns, but there isn't a replacement pattern for the NIF/CIF/NIE field. NIF/CIF/NIE field is a field type provided by the Field NIF module.

TR CreditAttribution: TR commentedI cannot reproduce this. I installed the field_nif module, added a field_nif to my article content type, then created an article with a valid NIF number (first I had to figure out what makes a NIF number valid, since there is no documentation or help for that field ...).
Then I created a rule to fire whenever an Article is created. When I went to a a condition (Data comparison), I saw that node:field-nif WAS available in the data selector. I also tried to add a Send mail action, and again I say the node:field-nif show up in replacement patterns.
So I don't know exactly what you were trying to do, since you didn't export your Rule and post it here, but as far as I can tell this works properly.
